Do I need to make an appointment for an estimate?
Nope! Just drop in at one of our two locations. There’s always someone available from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm at our Coopersville location and from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm at our Grand Rapids location. You can also fill out our estimate request form.

How much do estimates cost?
Not a cent! We provide estimates free of charge.

Do I have to get more than one estimate for insurance purposes?
Not usually. We typically send our repair estimates and photos of the damage to your insurance company for approval.

When billing insurance for repairs, can I still choose my repair shop?
Yes! You have the right to decide what repair facility does the work on your vehicle. The insurance company cannot require that you use a particular shop.

Does Doug’s Auto Body offer warranty repairs and body work?
Yes. We’re so confident in the quality of our work that we offer a lifetime warranty on all repairs and services.
